MAJOR INITIATIVES Work with CITE-VA's Executive Champion and Advisory Board to foster and strengthen relationships with Verizon business units. Assess the impact and opportunitities of Verizon's diversity leadership strategy for African-Americans and other minority employees. Ensure that Verizon's business units recognize annual CITE conferences as part of an employee's ongoing training and professional growth. Launch CITE's partnership with Verizon Reads program.
